Thank you for ordering a product directly from Mythroll Armory. We take your belief in our products seriously and we don't take it for granted. If for any reason you're unhappy with the products we've sent you, simply email us at support@mythrollarmory.com and we'll do everything in our power to:

1. Walk you through a repair if your product is repairable. 

2. Issue you a full refund if the product is beyond repair OR send you a replacement for your product.
